It's almost the end of the month and still nothing new announced from PT. I just checked their site and the family plans are GONE... I have received no communication from them that they were doing this which is NOT cool.

Hoping they will announce their new products SOON and at least match Red Pocket's annual offerings (500/500/5000 for $99 a year and the plan with 1 gig just above that.) If not I guess we'll move all phones to RP..

Yeah. Also, it's Tuesday afternoon. A few more hours and it will no longer be considered early this week (after stating "early next week" last week)!

They did away with their family plans some time ago. What they do instead is discount your final bill by 10%, 15%, or 20% depending on how many lines are on an account.

We are pleased to announce our new offerings beginning 10/1:

$20 Unlimited Talk and Text, Picture Messages, and 500MBs of High Speed Data
$25 Unlimited Talk and Text, Picture Messages, and 1GB of High Speed Data
$30 Unlimited Talk and Text, Picture Messages, and 3GBs of High Speed Data
$35 Unlimited Talk and Text, Picture Messages, and 5GBs of High Speed Data
$45 Unlimited Talk and Text, Picture Messages, and 10GBs of High Speed Data

After your high-speed data allowance is used speeds will be slowed to 128kps on ALL plans. We will never turn off your data connection.

We are an Apple certified carrier and thus iPhone features such as Visual Voicemail, MMS, and Mobile Hot Spot are supported. Customers with a SIM card prior to Mid 2015 may need to get a new SIM card.

Our multi-line discounts are as follows:

    10% off for 2 lines
    15% off for 3 lines
    20% off for 4 lines

Finally we have a special PROMO code for HOFOs - 75% off your first month of service. Code will be active on 10/1 = HOFO75

***Pure TalkUSA has a long history of being consumer friendly. We grandfather ALL plans on a go forward basis. If you like your current plan you can keep it. We never force plan changes.

Your plans were and have been grandfathered, thus no changes to your account were made.

What do we need to do to get mobile hotspot working?

I also don't see Visual Voicemail on my iPhone SE. I recently deactivated voicemail through PureTalk, but in the event I want to reactivate, it would be nice to have the Visual Voicemail capability rather than the old-fashioned having to call in for messages. Is that something that would require a new sim card? My account was activated in June of 2016.

No - your SIM should be good. You just need to call 611 or email [email protected] and they can turn it on for you. We are working to have this feature managed in the customer portal.

Does PureTalk allow SIMs to be used in devices such as tablets or hotspot devices?

That being said we are a certified Apple carrier! iPhone MMS, visual voicemail, and hot spot features work with our service.

    Thanks!

Is hotspot (tethering) permitted on Android phones too, or just iPhones?

Also, do you support VoLTE /HD Voice?
