    Egypt is still live, and doing their darnedest to please.

    Yes, they were quite wonderful, actually...

    The guy I spoke with couldn't complete the transaction right away and asked if he could call me back within 2 hours, and he did with the problem fixed...

    I was impressed.

    Any updates on the strike? I haven't been able to reach a Canadian customer service rep recently and I find the Egyptian team to be well intentioned but not up to the standard and efficiency of the windsor call centre employees
