Is Canada included in the Unlimited plus plan?

Great question. Canada and Mexico both are! You will be able to roam onto the Bell/TELUS and Rogers networks while in Canada, at no extra charge. Just make sure you have the “Roam North America” feature on, and you’ll be set!

Actually you don't need the roam NA feature on unl plus. It's built into the plan. If you had qualifying mobile share plans or the old unlimited (TV requirement, $60 plan + $40 per line), you needed it. Enjoy!

I believe if more than half of your data consumed in two consecutive months happens in Canada or Mexico then Att reserves the right to terminate your service.

We have Plus UDP which includes NA Roam. One line would not work until a call was placed to AT&T and transferred to Tier II support. I am still not certain what the problem was.
