KEYone Black Edition Coming To Canada & US (sort of maybe)

The BlackBerry KEYone Black Edition which while incorporating a more cohesive finish will also feature 4GB memory (3GB standard) and 64GB internal storage (32GB), has been confirmed for sale in Canada at the end of 3Q. While the US will also receive an all black version, it will be an exclusive for AT&T and will feature the standard specs of the silver edition.

The device will be available unlocked for $799. Retailers have yet to be confirmed but it seems more than likely BlackBerry Mobile (TCL) will sell it from their Web shop.

Canadian links currently seem to all redirect to carrier pages or Staples / Walmart

I was thinking they are getting out of direct sales
    Public $120 Province Wide + 12GB - $6 Autopay - $6 Loyalty - $42 Refer = $22 per Month
Telus SK North American Wide 7GB = $65
    Chatr (Mobi) $40 North America Wide + 6GB + 30 Mins Roaming

That's for the current silver version. TCL have said that their own retail portal will be up and running by the end of September which is perfectly timed for the launch of the Black Edition.

I find the Black Edition pretty bad looking... I'd also be worried about having the paint scrape off.

Other than being colored black, the AT&T Keyone is exactly the same as the silver Keyones.

The Keyones from Canada and India have more memory/storage.

Too bad there's no Band 66 on it.
