I'll probably move onto a Pixel and project FI once the phone prices drop on the original pixel

Did you not have a TMFL phone or TMFL BYOP SIM, so did you end up with 1200/1200/1200 correctly added or just 400/400/400?

If they didn't give you the other 800 min /text/.8 gb data you should file a complaint. If you don't have a TMFL phone you aren't even given the option to buy 400/1 yr card on the TF site. Didn't you get tripled when you added units in the past? That would also prove you have a TMF. I know you are tired of dealing with it but should file complaints with BBB & FCC. What they did is called theft & they need to be held accountable. After all the hassle you went through they still screwed you. What a nightmare.

Yes I always got 3x in the past, for all my phones, I have 4 phones on the BYOP SIM on Verizon network. Every time I deal with them it's a nightmare. And never any good reason, always a "glitch" or "your account had a bad setting". Simple stuff like adding data or minutes card, on their own website! It's not worth the frustration.
