$75 Selectel annual plan compatible phones.

My plan is half-way up and will probably switch to Red Pocket then, but I recently dropped my venerable Moto G (1st gen) and the screen shattered. Do I have any upgrade options to the Moto G, especially on the side of storage/camera?

    Thanks.

How much do you want to spend? The regular price on the Moto E4 is $129.99, and that can be used on all 4 of the major US networks and almost any network worldwide. There are several other models of the Moto G4, G5, and E4 series that would work as well.

Any Moto is a good choice depending on what you want to spend. I have a 4G Plus and a 5G Plus. Both outstanding phones.

I guess many do not realize the $75 annual plan requires a 3G only device?

Not much available other that what you were using, possibly a few Tracfone 3G VZ devices might work as a replacement.
Unlike many TF Inc. Subs in recent weeks and now months, TF Inc. not showing much love to their TF service customers.

I think most people do realize that. But it seemed that dauntlesslefty was asking about a phone to use with Red Pocket, which accepts almost any phone on any of the 4 major US cellular networks. Buying another 3G only Vzw compatible phone to use temporarily seems like "throwing good money after bad", when the intention is to switch to RP in a few months.

"$75 Selectel annual plan compatible phones." ?

I think the OP understands that if they wanted to continue to use the Selectel service they would have to choose a 3G phone and was looking for something that was a step up from what they currently were using.

I assume they would know they had many device options available to them if moving to a service that allows 4G LTE devces.

I think that will be the plan, hang on till black Friday. Originally I never factored in the cost of the phone to save money on a new plan.

    Thanks everyone.
