My cousins in Lapeer,MI had no service what's so ever yesterday. Could that have been it? Where did you hear they are changing these out and if so why? Thanks.

It’s well known I guess, and ALU was acquired by Nokia and ALU has some limitations so it only makes sense.

Today, LTE has been dropping intermittently and VoLTE has been dead for a day and a half or so in the Detroit suburbs. Anyone else having issues ?

Cannot agree with you more. LTE has poor handshake while driving, people can hear me and LTE is not as strong as before. I also have a lot of dropped calls. The question is where to run? T-mobile is even worse. VZW is officially throtteling Video streaming and gives me only 0.5 Gb in Canada per day. Sprint.... is Sprint:-)

I have seen inconsistency with VoLTE in Detroit area last week or so.

Starting yesterday at about 5pm I have had issues here at home with staying connected to LTE. It happened 3 times last night and once tonight. I have SCP chime a certain sound on connection loss. Tonight loss was the longest so far at about a few minutes. I also put in a mark the spot ticket. When I loose LATE it does fall back to HSPA but data is slow to nothing but it's been hard to test bc it only lasted for a few seconds before tonight
