WiFi calling on ST AT&T SIM

    Hi all

I have a brand new Moto G5S Plus XT1806 running on my ST AT&T SIM, that I took out of my Moto X 2nd Gen 2014.

Phone and data work fine, but I cannot seem to figure out how to activate wifi calling.
When I go to the ST website and put in my IMEI and phone number, it says my phone is not capable of WiFi calling, but I'm pretty certain it is.

The SIM I took out of the 2014 X was about 3 years old. Do they have a new version of SIM cards that has WiFi calling features enabled?

How do I get WiFi calling on this phone?
    Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks

AT&T does not allow WiFi calling on MVNO's. Nor on the BYOD, even on their network. Cuts into their profit.
    I use Hangouts.

Thanks for the replies. I called Straight Talk and they told me only their T-Mobile SIM allows WiFi calling.

AT&T wants to treat VoLTE and WIFI calling as a premium feature only available on post paid plans and flag ship phones bought from them. It's really stupid. T-Mobile has it available on all phones they sell and some BYOD devices like that Moto G5 Plus. There MVNO's get it too.

Wait till it backfires on AT&T the way Verizon used to limit MVNO speed to below 5Mbps backfired on them with Ookla's results showing Verizon's speed is consistently slower than T-Mobile thanks to all the MVNO users F'ing up their network representations. Verizon LEARNED a lesson and now they stopped throttling their MVNO users' speed.

Can't wait for the days where the AT&T & Verizon realize there are MORE of their MVNO users out there than their post-paid users trashing up their image with all the limits they imposed on their MVNO users.
