February 2017 Unlimited Data Plan - Plan Code and how to get on business account?

    We have a business account.

We have been advised to get the February 2017 Unlimited Data plan for the entire subaccount (i.e., account level plan).

Looking for that plan code (and whether plan code is consumer-side or business-side, if they are different).

Also, looking for differences between this February 2017 unlimited data account level plan (for business) and the August 2017 unlimited data account level plan (for business).

Lastly, looking for thoughts on how to get added to our account the (now-defunct) February 2017 unlimited data account level plan. We are aware of at least two mechanisms: AOL someone else's line in, and get a very nice rep to add the plan code to a new subaccount for us. Looking for any more mechanisms that may be available.

Thanks in advance for any help!

96328 is the code for the early 2017 family unlimited on the consumer side, not sure if it's the same for business or not. You can always try asking.

Why are you being told to move to this tier?

I don't think this is correct. 96328 is NVP 8GB.

Not being told to move; in looking at alternatives, it seems like the least expensive way to get wireless service for connected devices (smartwatches), in view of our current additional smartphone needs.

Do you have 5+ lines & a major account agreement? If so, you can simply ask you don't even need to find a nice rep, lol.
