Help Me Find A Prepaid Plan That Allows WiFi Calling

My family and I were on Verizon, but I switched to Total Wireless about a month ago. One of the shortcomings is that it will no longer allow my Motorola Droid Turbo 2 to make wifi calls. Most of the time it is a non-issue. However, one of my hobbies is ATVing. I get to some pretty remote places. Typically, I bring my Motorola Droid Turbo 2 and my AT&T hotspot. Usually, I have coverage on one or the other carriers. (AT&T or Verizon.) When I am in areas that has only AT&T, I would like to have a prepaid plan that allows wifi calling. I have a Nexus 4 that isn't getting used, so it was never locked and will accept a GSM SIM card. Typically, I will not be making many calls. It is pretty much for emergencies. What prepaid GSM plan(s) should I look at that allow wifi calling?

Only one I know of is cricket and MetroPCS But you have to use a cricket branded or MetroPCS branded phone. Nexus 4 won’t have WiFi calling support in any way.

Cricket uses AT&T and has Wi-Fi calling, but the list of phones that it works with is very limited. Online information suggests Verizon Prepaid has Wi-Fi calling, and I'm personally not aware of any Verizon MVNOs having Wi-Fi calling. Like previously mentioned, using an app for Wi-Fi calls is another option.

As SoNic67 said, the simplest solution is just install Hangouts from the app store and you'll be able to make calls over WiFi.

Can confirm V Prepaid on my iPhone has wi-fi calling.
I gave into temptation, and bought the iPhone X, even though I had a perfectly good, though oversized, 7+.

1991? Android wasn’t even around then. So you where making calls over Wi-Fi with google hangouts in 1991?

First iPhone was released in Summer of 2007. Didn't have even 3G, that was released next year, 2008. Get your history right dude...

T-Mobile prepaid has Wi-Fi calling, you may need one of their phones, I'm not sure. Wi+fi minutes do deduct from your plan balance.
Google hangouts seems like a better option.

Look into Republic Wireless which is Sprint and I believe T-Mobile as now... also XFinity mobile (Comcast) is a Verizon MVNO with WiFi calling.

Thank you for the tip. I downloaded it and gave it a try. For what I need it for, it should work out just fine.
