    Less issues on Bell than on Rogers, Telus, or Wind (Freedom)

    The ISSUE with Bell is the people who work there which is what this thread is all about

    Bell can spout whatever nonsense they want about what policy means but the pressure to do the wrong thing causes people to crack it looks like

    There was an article in newspaper a few years ago about Bell dealers poaching Solo clients who did not know better

    Yeah, I’ve been given sh*t many times for being a customer to such an “unethical” company.

    They called again.... I watched it ring but did not answer.

    That is really unbelievable as they just called last thursday adding $5 to my billing which apparently I got billed immediately for this month.

    So after todays call from Bell, I headed for my online account and cancelled my new bundle 5.

    edit: They called back in the afternoon as I was just heading out with an armful of stuff but I had to answer to see if perhaps I was wrong in thinking that they were just pushing.

    me: hello
    Bell: hello, we are just calling to see if you are happy with our services
    me: yes I'm happy but you just called me last week
    Bell: I see that you have just moved over to the $60 10GB plan and you have an iPhone 6S Plus. How is the iPhone 6S Plus doing for you?

    Now I was livid... this is the 4th time Bell has called with the same opening lines...

    Told him to add me to the Do Not Call List....
