    I happened to see this on the city's library site just before the New Year and I think it's a great idea. As long as the branches can keep up with all of the hotspots.

    Yes, I meant St. Louis County, MO, since the original post mentioned St. Louis city.

    Exactly. My library has all kinds of things you can borrow that are not "traditional" library items. iPads, laptops, movies. I used to go there for the free unlimited WiFi during a time I refused to deal with Comcast for anything.

    That was my thoughts exactly, so it's not like we're paying more for it therefore I can't complain. Nothing extra raising taxes and it benefits many people. All sides should be happy.
