Works fine for me as well! Never had any problems streaming HD video on my Galaxy S7 and now iPhone with the Unlimited choice plan. YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook etc. all stream 720p fine.

It should be available, AT&T is just limiting the stream speed to a max of 1.5Mbps, not inhibiting your ability to select any particular resolution. If you select 720p and the codec can push it over 1.5Mbps you’re good, or even with a little buffering you can still achieve HD video.

From what I understood, stream saver was automatically enabled and limited too 480p.

Video traffic is capped at 3 Mbps on Unlimited Choice, not 1.5 Mbps as advertised. This allows for easy streaming of 720p and 1080p content on websites such as YouTube.
