HBH-60 and caller name announcement and voice Answer, who has it working?

Okay, I've had this headset for about a week now. Happy with the Audio quality both incoming and outgoing. What I'm not so thrilled about is I can't get the caller name announcement or Voice Answer to work. Do I have to pair the two in a special way or what?

Under settings, answering mode is on Normal. There's only any key and auto as options

Under settings, handsfree type is on Automatic. Options are either basic or automatic

Under settings, Voice Control, Voice Answer is set to on, and Bluetooth is checked. Should I do Port. Handsfree also?

Under settings, Voice Control, Caller Name is on

Am I missing something? if someone has this working, please post your settings. I really want to keep this headset, but if I can't get Voice Annoncement or Voice Answer to work, might have to trade/sell it for the Plantronics, which i really don't want to do cause I've read that it's loose, but all functions work.

Not sure why neither works at all. Voice answer has worked with HBH-30/BT200 and HBH-60 for me. Caller announcement is more sketchy for most headsets (except Plantronics) but still sorta works.

Again, Voice Answer should be fine..

I've been trying to make this work for the longest time with my T68i, with no success.

But there are instances when I turn on the headset as the phone is ringing, it does announce the name...but this is only a fluke, it seems (BT has to be enabled on the phone before I turn on the headset). It doesn't work consistently.

But what I do to compensate is to have the phone in clear view while driving so the caller picture shows up on screen. This may not be as useful when you're walking in the mall, though...you don't want to have the phone in front of you all the time. And it is still a distraction while driving, albeit for a split second only.

It's a very handy feature to have when you're on handsfree mode. But I really like the HBH-60 and am willing to forego this feature.

Is the Plantronics headset a better option? Maybe the Jabra is...I've read many positive feedbacks on it. I'm not sure if it has the caller announcement feature, though.

mobilet68i, did you make the HBH-60 with the T68i? If so, is there anything special you did to get it working?
