Bought my second iPhone from John this past week. Everything was great, shipping was very fast and reasonable and he kept me up to date with emails and txts.

We had a deal for iphone 16GBs, but when i got them, a couple of them were 8GBs. So he talked to rogers, and since they said they would give him some money back, we agreed on him returning $ 130 to me.

We kept in contact for the first month, but then communication fell apart due to his other engagements and i believe he was in the hospital for a while. He would just say that he would Email money transfer me the money, but never happened. I left numerous voicemails and text messages to talk about it, but he never replied. He claims that he never got them and once did reply to me saying that he won't give me the money back because rogers didn't give him the money back and that our deal was contingent on them giving him the money back. Had i known this, i would have never kept the phones. He says that he didn't care about calling me and letting me know because i got a good deal even without the refund. But that in my opinion doesn't matter because I accepted the deal only because of the refund.

We had a few deals and they were all smooth. He is a good seller, but i won't leave anything outstanding. Just make sure you finish the deal when you meet him and inspect everything!
