Just try to DC anybody. See if you get the, "User not available" or "Service Restricted" message. It would not be caused by a site being down. If it was down you would have no service.

Recommend checking the settings on the phone, make sure you don't have it on some stupid setting like "Phone disabled". No wait then you wouldn't be able to receive calls. Regardless check to see if something in the settings is stopping you from sending calls. Possible but unlikely.

    Regards

Another thing to check. I just did a test and it does exactly what you said.

Check to see if you are using line 1 or line 2. If you are on line 2, you can receive calls but get "Service Restricted" when trying to make a call. Just a thought.

    Regards

someone pm me a DC number and i'll try it...

i was just on w/ customer service for 35 minutes and it seems like they just hung up...

they were insisting that my phone was set on line two but it is most definitely on one...

Can you call 611? Do you get a message about "Your not authorized to use this service?"
