T-Mobile USA to Globe Telecom (Philippines) works great, both directions. Just tried it a couple of days ago.
And I haven't tested it lately, but T-Mobile to/from Smart GSM(Philippines) should work just fine also.

Please list countries and how well you can SMS them and recieve SMS from them. This can be expanded to MMS as well if you have tried. This is also for SMS via GSM, not via GPRS, but you can add that info too if that is how you SMS.
I will start:
I SMS Croatia often. I can send and recieve SMS from VIPnet and Simpa prepaid and postpaid customers with no problem. At this time last year, i SMSed via GPRS and it worked fine, but have not done it since.
I have not yest tried to MMS or recieve MMS from anyone outside the USA.
MODS PLEASE MAKE THIS A STICKY! Thank you.

Hmm, from my recent posts:
<SMS ONLY>
Orange France- Sending (NO)/Receiving (YES)
Orange UK-Sending (YES, but delayed)/Receiving (YES)
About Globe Telecom (PH), it does work fine both ways, but sometimes messages can get lost.![]()
<HelloMOTO? NO!>
Ahh, yes... I think it's because they're so text-crazy in the Philippines that their systems get overloaded from time to time!Originally posted by epvl
