    tmobile <--> Globe, Philippines
    tmobile <--> Smart, Philippines

    MMS not working though, both ways (although it says "message sent")

    I think that really sucks that we can receive from pretty much a lot of contry but can send SMS to some international companies
    Never had a preblem when I was with Cingular, but it was much more expensive...and they were...well let's leave it like that!

    It definitely doesn't work with SFR in France. I even called T-Mobile to confirm this BS problem. When my friend was living in France, I had to carry around another phone with a Cingular prepaid SIM just for SMSing him...

    CONFIRMED: T-Mobile USA (prepaid) to China Mobile (prepaid). As of today's date, you can send to and receive SMS text from these two providers. I did the testing myself.

    I sent to Shanghai China and Shanghai China sent back to to me in California. It works both way.

    What is the email addy for TelCel customers?

    Is it number@telcel.net.mx or number@telcel.com.mex or something else?

    Please help.

    As far as I know there is no e-mail address for Telcel. They have never had any sort of free web based or e-mail text messages. The user you want to send the messages to has to pay for the service and I think it only allows them to receive them through the telcel.com website.

    You should be able to send a message to them using a normal text message with the +52 area code number. According to their site, Telcel users can SMS with Germany, Argentina, Brasil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, United States, Guam, Guatemala, Honduras, New Zeland, Panama, Perú, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, South Africa, Turkey and Venezuela.
