    Angry Samsung T130 Calendar bug

    I have found a bug two months ago in the calendar function of my T130. If you schedule two events, one in the morning and the other one let's say in the afternoon(anytime after it doesn't matter anyway), both of them with 10 minutes before alerts, the phone will only alert the first event. All the consecutives events with 10 minutes befores alerts won't alert at all.

    Another bug. If you ask your calendar to give you an alert 1 hour before an event, it will alert you random time before (generally between 50 minutes to 2 hour gap)!

    I'v been taking to samsung USA and they say that's a known bug and they don't intend to fix it. My samsung is now for sale now and I'm fighting with samsung to get a refund. I'm really disapointed with samsung and I don't think I'll buy another Samsung product. There consumer care is low under the normal average I was expecting.

    So when somebody ask is samsung phones are goods? My answer would be yes they are. Lots of features, nice, with style etc.

    But for me it's over. Not twice. :-)

    And I even change my provider from Bellmobility to Fido(microcell).

    (Paul) Hahahahaha of course not but the calendar was the main reason why I purchased this model. I personnaly think that it is a very good cellphone. Good battery life, nice display, terrific style, solid, small enough and easy navigation. Nooo believe me I like it.

    My complaint are only about the customer care from samsung america. I've been on the phone twice a week for 4 months now with samsung representative to have a refund and I'm still waiting. They doesn't seem to hurry up and it's kind of normal (see the plate: one guy is not happy cause his calender is buggy. Is that a cell phone do you want or a happy-beauty-girly calandar d'you want??)

    I totally agree with you. The user interface is more complicated then the Nokia one. If you ever get a refund email me. I want to upgrade to another carrier soon and a refund would be great.

    I tried out your scenario on my T-130 and my calendar worked fine!

    I just recently bought my T-130 (about a month) so maybe there is a fix? Just not announced? Dunno.
