Need help from someone who has been a VS Customer for over 9 months

I need help from someone who has been a Voicestream Customer for over 9 months and that has online account access through Voicestream's Website.

When you log in to view your account there should be a banner ad that pops up on the left hand side which says something about a Motorola V60 Upgrade phone and a preferred plan. If someone could please click on that banner ad and let me know what the URL (web address) is for that particular webpage with the offer, or any other information on the offer I would really appreciate it. I spoke with Voicestream about the offer and they are aware of it, but they cannot provide me with the upgrade because it is online offer right now. They told me to find someone who has been a customer for over 9 months (I've been one for 8 months) and have them look at it and get me the address to sign up for it....go figure..thanks Voicestream

So, if anyone could please log in to their account and see if they get that offer, and post the web address or any other info I would really appreciate it.

i got the preferred account upgrade, however, it was for a 3390

I'm in NE market and I only see the preferred plan. No V60g - it'd be great if they offer one...

where is the v60g on voicestream's page? Its not there? I've been a customer for 2.5 years in phoenix market?
