    TMobile Retention Question

I have a Motorola v60g with T-Mobile that's now on an expired term plan.

What's the best way to get a good deal from T-Mobile to keep me now that I could move my number?

I'd just as well stay with tmobile and would just as well keep the existing phone.

I'm on the 600 minute plan for $39.99. I don't use all of the minutes, so if I could get 400-500 minutes or so at a lower price, that might work. Any chance they'd offer some sort of monthly courtesy credit or a one time "bonus".

What's the best free phone that I could get out of them, if I wanted to go that direction?

What's the best TMobile number and department to ask for when I call up to ask for a new deal?

    Thanks!

im pretty much on the same boat as you..
i'm now not on contract anymore and i just realized that i use SMS more than i do voice calls...
now im planning to move to $29.99 plan and keep the free nights & weekends...
but what im gonna do tho is to wait til probably jan and see if there are new offers, there's been a buzz that tmobile will offer some deal in or after december ..
so i say just wait for another month!

I don't think that anyone really cares... except for a flying squirrel named Magoots.
