Anyone remember a boxing week promo from last year?

Just curious, I was told that telus had a promotional rate plan last year that ran from Dec 26-31. Not sure of the exact details but I was told it was a plan much better than those offered through their website.

Here in Alberta, the best plan seems to be the Talk 40 Plus (I think) which includes a bonus 50 mins until the end of Dec (31st I believe). Was hoping telus may still come out with 1 more plan right around x-mas.

I'm currently with Rogers, but I need that 4600 phone, it is horny looking. Therefore I will be making the switch sometime this month.

Any thoughts regarding that supposed plan from last year becoming a reality for this year.

Although its my 1st post, I've been reading and learning so much from the posters for months......thx in advance.

i got a Rogers C332 Ready4U package for $24.99 last year. Activated for my sister for 4 months and canceled!

The phone was a POS though, so we really couldnt keep it activated. Cant wait for boxing day this year!!!

last boxing day rite around the time telus released the a520 i picked it up for 50 bucks i beleive (on contract of course), good price, but from what i noticed most places did not have any crazy deals going on.

yea i picked up the tm520 for 50 bucks and a free leather case, biggest mistake i ever made. worst fone and even worse fitting leather case.

i picked up a lg tm520 before, a refurb from london drugs, buy out was only 149.99 i beleive, some ppl love this phone i was not one of em, i just didn't like the menus, gotta use the side keys to access menu's etc... etc... and i never did figure out how to answer the phone by pressing send instead of it doing auto answer when you open the flip, oh well.......
