Oplogos for Series60 phones!

any tips for getting an oplogo to work on a phone that doesn't have one? I got an unlocked 3620, and where the oplogo should be, it just has text, "T-Mobile". I created a C:\system\apps\phone\oplogo directory and put the t-mobile.bmp file in there, restarted the phone and nothing happened... also, FExplorer doesn't have an option under File to make a picture an oplogo...

ok wot u need to do is not name it t-mobile.bmp but name it to ur code (which u can find here http://www.wascho.com/7650-oplogo/ )

it shud be the format xxx_xx like for instance t-mobile UK is

234_30_0.bmp

Well if you look in the zip file of all the oplogos I put together it would show that

It's "310 26" btw.

any Egyptian service providers logos like MOBINIL?

by the way,it`s code is 602_01 and it`s logo is orange coloured just like Orange networks logo.

I have T-Mo branded 3650 locked and I think I've tried every derivation of getting the op logo to appear. Does T-Mo disable that ability or am I doing something wrong.

this is what i have

c:/system/Apps/Phone/Oplogo/310_26.bmp

i tired it even with the 310_26_0.bmp combination.

My FeExplorer doesnt seem to have the set to op logo option.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, it's not working for me either, I've saved

c:/system/Apps/Phone/Oplogo/310_26_0.bmp

restarted the phone, and it doesn't appear... hrm

hmm very odd... maybe t-mob have disabled it, it might work if u get the latest version of FE explorer which has the 'change logo' function, or even try seleQ which also has the function? (pm me for details of getting a 'trial' version

im on t-mob but my phones open. r u sure ur using the right country code?

Btw, has any1 thought about making an op logo directory for fun logos? ill make 1 if u want, email (or post) ur finds or makes (nothing adult plz)

I tinkered around with this last night and no go. I'm running FExplorer, copied the logo *.bmp to c:\system\apps\phone\oplogo, right clicked on the bmp, selected set as op logo. Phone restarted and nada. Of course I guess I should ask, does this work with SX-1. Perhaps all my work was in vain!!

My oplogo for tmobile service is stored in C:\system\Apps\phone\oplogo\

and is titled 310_260_0.bmp

That might help.

i think u should try SeleQ..but it should work..both using the same OS...
