No vibrate on T68 after swapping on new face plate?

Any idea's? Can't figure out why it would make a difference or not. Guess I could swap back in the old face plate but wouldn't be able to do it for a couple of days. Just figured I'd post up and try to get some idea's on what might be going on.

You forgot the replace the vibration motor, which is attached to the inside-bottom of the faceplate. Just pry it out, and pop it in to the new faceplate.

Well I'm a newbie and not ashamed to admit it.

I accidently threw out one of the little plastic O-ring washers that go on the screws attaching the faceplate. Also didn't quite get the sticker antenna put on the phone the first time. Didn't think I could remove it and put it on again but luckily it did.
