You forgot the replace the vibration motor, which is attached to the inside-bottom of the faceplate. Just pry it out, and pop it in to the new faceplate.

Any idea's? Can't figure out why it would make a difference or not. Guess I could swap back in the old face plate but wouldn't be able to do it for a couple of days. Just figured I'd post up and try to get some idea's on what might be going on.

hehe, i did that once, then i threw out the old faceplate and screwed myself...that was way back in my n00bie days.

I accidently threw out one of the little plastic O-ring washers that go on the screws attaching the faceplate. Also didn't quite get the sticker antenna put on the phone the first time. Didn't think I could remove it and put it on again but luckily it did.
