    easy to understand instructions, flashing took a while, but meh...

    but i can't seem to browse my phone's file system to delete the provider branding

    maybe a cable problem? any help is appreciated.. thanks!

    Hey, I am using Data Exchange from here http://www.my-siemens.com/external/d...angesetup1.exe

    After that just erase the switchon.bin and switchoff.bin located in one of the folders (I think operator folder)

    i have a L, R switch.. doesn't seem to be working either way..

    Can you right click on the 'Mobile' icon, go to properties, go to connection and find the com settings there?

    i think it might be drivers or my cable?

    i'm using the rhy.com.cn drivers

    i can modify the com settings in the device manager folder... i set that to 115.2k

    There were like 5 different sets of instructions contradicting eachother?

    I doubt your phone is fried.

    If you read the proper instructions and followed who had success with which instructions, you would know how to do it properly
