    Desktop charger does any good to our phone?

    I notice some people have both desktop and wall charger... hmmm what's the point?? Only reason i can think of is that desktop charger does a better job? but how though.... thanks all.

    The desktop charger does not charge the phone. The actual power travel charger does. The desktop charger is convenient to have if you use more than one battery as it charges a second battery on the back slot while the phone is being charged in the front slot. If you only have one battery then the desktop charger is just a sort of phone holder keeping the phone vertically while being charged.

    ya?? But last time when i was in Taiwan I saw my uncle charging his cell phone using desktop charger (phone was standing virtically and charging at the same time. )

    Yes, I said, however, it is the same power charger that you plus in normally at the bottom of the phone that is powering/charging the phone via the Desktop. Look at the Desktop as an extention cord or a power bar if you charge the phone and a spare battery at the same time......
