Did I say that? Well, as always things can change. I suppose if it sells well enough, and a US carrier is interested, then I am sure they will sell the phone..... Otherwise it will probably be the Kiosk guys that will be carrying it.

Sorry, I can not answer that. I am still hearing that it will be out in late spring/early summer. How long it takes to fill the entire distribution change, I have no idea. Usually, someone has an exclusionary contract and they get it alone for n months before everyone else gets it. But I have no information on how this is going to be handled. Basically, I look for Australia to get it, and buy from vendors there....all mobiles are unlocked and have english in them. Will be looking for X700 soon that way.

Panasonic has officialy announced that it will be available by Autumn... If they want to launch another handset by the end opf the year they should launch the X700 by the end of the summer and the follow up later on...

Are you sure lost rebel about the... Early summer? Perhaps Panasonioc wants to be safe... and says Autumn, even though they plan to launch it by the end of spring... I'm sure that someone will have an idea later on...

There is no wan capability...no 802.11 They made a mistake....I am also not sure about this voice recognition thing.. It will be great if it works, but could turn out very crappy, you people who had an allure know what I mean. Hopefully there will be a trainable mode just in case.

what was wrong with the allure's lost. i had a audiovox 8500 before and half the time it took so long to say someones number. i ended up just punching the number in to dial.
