i sell 265mb MMCs at $65 lol do the math or i could break it down
2 times the memory for $13 less and is what i run in all of my cells.

read the sig to find out where to get it.

my supplier and myself have ran out of 256mb MMCs due to so many requests for them. Since this happend i had to find a larger supplier because i cant have people on hold waiting on MMCs.
the new prices are effective as of last night.

    the MMC is $78
shipping is $5 *USA shipping only different charges for other then USA*
and paypal charges a % on any time sold so i add that into the cost..

if someone sends a money order it is still 78 + 5 *us shipping*

howard forums uses a very out dated version of vBulletin meaning it will not update all the previous sigs, leaving a trail of old info.

once the old supplier brings in a new shippment of $65 MMCs i will order as many as they have and throw up a special, but untill they can restock i cant sell any at the lower price.
    sorry about the confusion

forgot to add that i am now selling
    512mb MMCs
    256mb MMCs
    128mb MMCs

if you request a bulk buy from me then you will save a larger amount of money *maybe you might want to resell them also*

thats what i asked but they said "untill further notice we will not be able to accommodate your requests for the 256mb MultiMedia Cards" so i asked the same thing you asked and they said at this time it is undetermined but we will let you know when we have a shipment you can buy.
not so helpfull but what can you do besides go with the next manufacture you can get under you.

I might be an idiot but I could've swore that my 128MB SD (yes, SD. Not MMC) card worked in my Nokia 3650.
ne word on this? SD cards seem to be cheaper than mmc's and im still running a 16mb on my fone the odd thing is that my mmc fits prefectly into the SD card reader in my pc and thats how i transfer all my files

if i can find an sd memory card then ill try fitting it and get back to you.

An SD card won't work since the pins/metal contacts are spaced differently. Besides, MMCs bought off the net are fairly cheap anyway.

That might be different if you use a multi-card reader. My knowledge about why SD cards won't work in S60 phones is because someone tried it on their N-Gage and it was too large thus causing making it impossible for the SD's contacts to match the metal connectors of the MMC card slot on the N-Gage.

Now your card reader be a different story. MMC cards made for the N-Gage are much smaller than say a Smartmedia card. What kind of card reader are you using? It has to be multi-card reader since otherwise it wouldn't be able to read your MMC card.

On VERY close inspection on my card reader i noticed the tiny writing 'sd/mmc' im guessing this means it IS a multi card reader and not like advertised just an SD reader!

thanks a lot though for your help, i will look around for a well priced mmc!

reyna, I would be careful with the Kingmax MMC. Numerous problems have been reported when using a lower end version such as their 128 MB or 256 MB MMCs. Go for another brand. If you do want to try the Kingmax MMC, then make sure you can get a refund or an exchange in case it does not work.

    Best of Luck
