When receiving an email on the Treo, is it possible to quickly create a new contact from an email address in the email?

The only way I've found out how to do this is to select the email address. Then copy the address. Then exit out of the email to create a new contact. Then paste the email address in the new contact.

That whole proccess is really time consuming and there has to be a better way to just create a new contact off that email. You can certainly create a new email off of it. Why not have the ability to create a new contact as well?
