    Question What's the after hours support number?

    My sms is down since they supposedly "fixed" my media works package twice today. Everytime I call the regular numbers I get hungup on when I get transferred to tech support. What's their direct number for after hours support? I'm really pissed off right now and they're stupid call centers aren't helping.

    just call 611 then go to the option to get more information about features, then you'll get transfered and there will be a message about the after hours Number.

    Thanks everyone. I got through to them, but they were of no help. They told me to call back Monday morning and speak to the Data Group Department. Basically I get to spend my weekend without sms. All they ever do is have you power cycle your phone and check the message center number. He said that everything looks good on their end. My girlfriend wants to sign up for this package on Monday and I guess she'll have to put up with all this hassle too. Everytime they come out with something new I have to deal with this. Makes me feel like I'm with Sprint when they launched Vision!!!

    I'm guessing I can't call the after hours people to sign up for the new Media Works Package? ××××.. 2 whole days till I can sign up then

    The unlimited GPRS is great although I can't get anything to stream at all. Good luck with your text messaging though. I hope they have it right by Monday.

    so does LA now have the unlimited GPRS plan also for 20, bout to call up cingular now and check whats up.

    I just can't believe that they could mess up my sms this bad. All they have to do is remove one feature and replace it with another.... more or less anyway.

    they left my existing plan on my phone (text messaging 250, wireless internet express 1MB, wireless internet express, etc) so i may have to call them back so they can take the old stuff off so i do not get double charged...but the 19.99 charge for the media works IS on there...and my text messaging is working fine...and so is everything else...so call up cingular monday and get that fixed
