The ringtone volume is quite good but not as loud as the Samsung. Not many are. It really depends on the ringtone itself.
The menu system is quite fast on the GX32. You won't be disappointed there.
Btw, I have a GX32 for sale.

Hi all:
I'm consider buying a GX32....but a few questions I have...
How's the ringtone volume? Is it loud enough (like Samsung?) or low like a T720?
Second, is the OS fast enough? ( I had a E715 before and going from the menu to the camera and back to the menu it takes forever.)
Thanks.

a) The ringtones are loud... compared to the Nokia 6600, they're a lot better. It does depend a lot on the specific ringtone though. I have a Super Mario Bros. ring which sounds great but isn't loud, but I have a James Bond ring which is very, very loud.
b) The menu system is amazingly fast, I think one of the strong aspects of the OS. There's is virtually no lag at all, except when it's processing full-sized images you've taken with the camera... it's not a lag, it just displays a 'please wait' message for like 2-3 seconds.
I found the ringtones on the GX32 to be louder than my GX20. You can use tools such as Anvil Studio to tweek the volume of your midi files to make them louder or the psm player for .mmf ringtones. (Definately better than Moto fones IMO) but not as rich sounding as on Samsung fones.
Thanks a lot guys.....
