I don't know how AT&T works, but if they charge you for kb used for WAP then yes you'll have to pay. T-Mobile users can use the free t-zones to connect and not have to pay anything.

Go to yahoo.com look for group, in fact this is the link

    http://groups.yahoo.com/

search for "nokia 3650 apps" or games, wallpaper, ringtones,...

a list of groups will come up. chose one that have the most members or look good for you, sign up for the group by putting your email address and name and stuff. log in , and download all those apps , games, wallpapers, ringtones you wanted. (BE SURE THAT YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF STUFF YOU GET) I mean, don't download some stupid APPS that will screw your phone up.

I'm using Multimedia Card reader to transfer my file from the PC to my MMC 16mb come with the phone. I don't know what method that you using to transfer the file in to your phone. so read some more THREAD and you will figure out. Enjoy dude, don't get kill by those wild ANIMALS cuz they don't like to be disturb at night (specially when you got something like Nokia 3650 in your hands )

    My list of apps...

    ETI Camcorder - Rocks!

Doris browser - Rocks, especially compared to NetFront... what a hog

extended profile - installed, then uninstalled... got the extra profiles, nothing else was needed

IrRemote - fun little toy, use it every once in a while

MP3 player - will use it once my 256 card comes in

Agile Messenger - wicked app! love it.

Agile KungFu game - very nice

PVPlayer - love it, love watching movies full screen

    SelQ - does the job

Blacklist - works fine, don't use it very often

    Quickword - works well

    Stacker - a must

Cocktails - not a bad little app when you're hosting.

    Cheers.
    Rob

    SmartProfiles vs ExtendedProfiles

A few pages back in this thread, someone asked about the difference(s) between Smart Profiles and Extended Profiles. Just ran across a thread elsewhere which addresses this in detail, with links to each app:

I just bought one as well.. can someone send me the newbie guide? Is there a reason this isn't posted somewhere as a sticky?

Anyway.. I'm very excited to play around with this new gadget. I got one for me and one for my wife. (hopefully she will enjoy as much as I will)

Thanks for all the info guys.

I dont know if there is a review for these yet so i will post it anyways

SuperMario - Graphics are pretty good but no sound which kinda sucks. The worst part is that it is very laggy which is why i am deleting it from my phone.

AgileMessenger - Great program if i knew how to use it properly. has all the major MS's in it like: AIM, Yahoo!, MSN, and ICQ. When i first loaded it it brought up someone elses contacts which were pretty wired. And there is no place in the program that i could find that would let me enter any user details. After a while of turning off and on i got a page that asked me to enter the settings for MSN, but not ICQ which is very odd. If i knew how to use this program properly or came with a readme that would make me ant to keep it.

If anyone knows how to use it and post the info here for everyone that would be great, or you can PM me the info.

There's a reason some app authors refuse to provide a trial. Case in point = Soft Magic's "Stop Smoking" ($24.99) . The app itself is fine, but it requires AppForge Booster, which insists on installing in internal memory, to the tune of 1.2+megs. Grrrr. Thankfully, Stacker allows me to compress apps not in use.
    ======

Nice surprise: an app performing precisely as desired. RingTone Studio for Series 60 ($10) . Easiest procedure found to date to increase the volume of midi's, with just a few taps on the phone itself. You can also fudge around with individual channels within the midi file, whether in memory or on the MMC. Bonus: when you save the revised file, a "(1)" is tacked onto the end of the file name, so as to preserve the original. Easy enough to kill the (1) if desired.

Moov's Minutes Manager is great. I adore the always visible notation re number of peak numbers left for the current billing cycle. While it's fantastic for giving you summaries of assorted categories, it offers zippo regarding details (who called when, etc). Fortunately, it plays quite nicely with the mahhhvelous DashFly Minutes , which offers just about every sort of detail you could ever want, but in an easy-to-digest format. Plus, you can transfer it's log to your BigBoy PC/laptop via IR or BlueTooth. Truly an outstanding combo, which together will set you back $15-$30, depending on coupons and sales.

P.S. Always run a search for> Handango coupon <; I came up with three (stacking permitted!) and had a field day.

Dunno if you tried the app's home site: http://www.fastchat.com . I haven't tried it, but looks like you have to sign up first, even though they offer a trial period. If you click SUPPORT >> Documentation, you'll see one of the PDFs = an "installtion guide".

    Good luck!
