My dad currently got a very old rogers plan.. and I'm wondering if there are better plans now or not for him..
His plan is for $50
400 mins
450 incoming minutes free
billing per second

I looked at their website and they got the $40 for 350 mins + unlimited evenings & weekends from 8pm.. or extra $5 for 6pm..
Is there a Business retention program?..

there could be better plans. all depends on his usage. if he uses it mainly daytime and receives a lot of incoming calls then this plan is probably good, if he needs eve/we minutes, then he may want to switch, although the per second billing is good, but again if most of his calls are less than a minute, per second means nothing really.
all depends on the usage...

i think it's the other way around.. 450 anytime, 400 incoming...
it was better before... he had other features that were not taken off from a plan he had before but were taken off when they did the consolidated billingbut it appears to have come back somehow.. oh well.. no complaints
for my dad, he receives many calls because of the nature of his job.. sales associate.. that's his business number and everyone finds him through that number... so the 400 FIM is important to him as a lotta calls are under a min...
