Nokia 8265 Vibrate doesn't work!

The vibrate stopped working on my Nokia 8265. I have verified that the vibrate function is on. I have tried using another BLB-3 battery that I had laying around, and it still won't work.

Any ideas what's wrong or how to fix it?

I should add that I have a donor 8260 that I can take parts out of.

i'm also having the same problem with my 8390...sometimes it vibrates and sometimes it doesnt...and does anyone know why i dont have reception... anywhere? outside or inside... i'm with rogers...messed up stuff =T

I took my 8390 appart and found that there was a little bit of crud blocking the vibrator... I removed it and it worked fine.

IMO,I suggest you 2 get a reset for ur 8265.and if it still doesnt work ,Ithink you'd better take it back to the store 2 have a check or get a exchange.

Send it back. Dont bother trying to fix it, its their fault that the vibrate doesn't work.

Update the firmware or change it immediately!!

vibrator depend on kit.
there is no relation between vibrator n battery.i will suggest you to reset you mobile and then try to what happening .
if your problem should not remove than contact to nokia care center.they will see hardware of your mobile and make it again
