So m2m to anyone on the T-mobile network is not supposed to be free for family plan members?

It is only free between family plan members?

Actually the free tmo2tmo feature applies to the line(s) it's on. A person on a family plan while in the US can call anyone else in the US if they are on the tmo network and the other party they call is a tmo customer as well (for billing purposes you only have to worry about you being on our tmo network for the other party they must worry about being on the tmo network). There is one catch and that is if you receive a call and that person blocks their caller id then it comes from your min.

Let's say for example I'm in NYC on tmo's network and I call any member of tmo while they're in the USA then my usage if free and unlimited but let's say the other person is a tmo customer roaming on Cingular's network in North Carolina then my call to them is still free. Let's say I'm still in NYC and the other tmo customer calls my mobile and it states "private number" then the call will deduct from my peak time min during the day.
Please call 1-800-937-8997 on a different phone so we can help you...

Need to know how to interface your phone to your device.

Need help setting up your email client on the phone click on this for setting it up.

What is your proxy setting then go to what to input for the settings

yes.... but the thing is tmobile comp did not find out about it yet so u still can do it for free to any tmobile person. just think about it why they have this thing says u need to pay $7 a month to get m2m free

The fee for m2m is for people that don't already have m2m, at least this was always the way I thought it. Most other carriers also allow you to call anyone in their network with m2m.

I checked and checked I didn't see it (Maybe I skipped over it...)
There are some more features not mentioned in this thread #225# will give the current bill, spending limit balance, and any past due. Also, #686# will give your mobile number. I don't know if anyone knows this, but if you want to do an upgrade, but you don't want to pay if you call customer care, and tell them there is a phone they will give you for free. Granted it probably isn't the one you wanted, however it still isn't the free phone with new act. Also, if you're having problems with reception in an area call your nearest T-mobile store, and have them run ICM (Interactive Coverage Map) If there is great coverage there, then ask them to place a trouble ticket. Basically engineers add new towers for the area with the most trouble tickets. Hell, if you don't want to call them give me a pm and I'll do it for ya!

The text gives you all your minutes used if you have free weekends then just ignore the weekend minutes used. The only ones you should worry about are Whenever minutes. That's your pool.

Quick question about calls to Alaska ... if one is on a national plan w/ free long distance AND calling from the tmo network, there are no additional charges for calls to alaska - is that correct?

NW plans include free long distance to the 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and even Puerto Rico. You can even be roaming on a partner's network and you will not be billed long distance charges to Alaska.

Excellent! If I bring an unlocked Nokia 6620 (w/ both 1900 & 850 bands) to TMO, will I be able to roam onto ATTWS/Cingular 850 coverage in areas where TMO has no coverage?

Possibly no. T-Mobile would have to have a roaming agreement with Cingular in that area for that to be true.
