215 is not a Raleigh area code. Its for the Outer Banks, and all areas west of there, stopping at Raleigh.
Anyone know the voicemail number for the Houston area?
After I flashed my V600 it will no longer find the voicemail number automatically for some reason.

Beware! It doesn't work that way. If your number is from Chicago, you MUST dial the Voicemail number for Chicago no matter where you are. Each region has its own Voicemail number. So you still have to dial long distance to your home Voicemail system if you are away. Entering an out-of-market mailbox number into the incorrect Voicemail center will result in an error message.Originally posted by GoVols
....When people travel, they sometimes want to check their voicemail from a landline phone so they don’t use their package minutes. And if they dial from a landline they don’t want to call a long distance number back where they are from or they don’t want to call their own cell phone number (it would be long distance where they are)...
I DON'T HAVE A SIGNATURE....SORRY
I guess everyone is supposed to know where you are. But I researched where that Area Code/ Exchange is and it comes to Centralia, WA.Originally posted by Spiderman_00
In my area the VM numbers is......
360-388-1234
Found another back door voicemail number for the Houston, TX area
713-416-0054
Still won't work on my V600, so I still need that one.
Biloxi, MS

Finally found my voicemail number;
713-516-1750.
Of course you have to put a +1 in front of it, but voicemail is back up and running.
Appeared to be an error in 35R, and 38R, since I had to flash the phone up to 45R to get the phone to find the number. Neither of the earlier flashes would find it on their own.

Yeah i know that. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know what makes the difference, I don't really care. I just know that it does work for me and so that's great!!! Everyplace I've gone out of the area/market and used 'em it's been fine.Originally posted by bobolito
