Sounds like a network issue to me, since it won't even route the incoming call to voicemail. Call DNA (network assistance) and report the problem, hopefully it is not something systemic that they can help you to fix up quickly.

Today my sis started having a problem with her TM prepaid phone. She can make outgoing calls fine as far as we can tell. But the problem is with incoming calls, when we try to call her we either get a busy signal or nothing at all. It does not even go to her VM. When she calls her VM she just gets a busy tone.
She is using an older Audiovox phone (black and white screen, a few years old, not sure on the model right now).

I just talked to a TM network or CS person and they told me that there were issues like this for all Pay and Talk clients yesterday but that they are now fixed. My sister's phone seems to be fine also. Did anyone else in London, ON have problems like this?
Montreal
I had this issue yesterday up untill this morning at about 2 am
-cannot recieve calls, voicemail or call out, but *611 rang and the wap was working so I knew it was being taken care of, working now.

Good 'ol telus with the quick fix. that was a scary few hours (not knowing how many calls I missed from cute girls) ,
Now I feel the value of a Quality Service Network,
