Probably one of the most widely known BT headsets on the market the Jabra BT200. When it the Nokia 3650 first came out this headset was not compatible because it didn't support the Handsfree profile that all Nokia's and many of the newer Series60 phones use for audio transmission. Jabra was offering a free replacement to those that had one of the incompatible models if you called and requested one. That's been some time since that was offered but may still be available by calling Jabra. So if you're buying on eBay check that the BT200 is either updated or specifically labeled as compatible for the Nokia 3650.
Since then lots of headsets have come out on the market.
I'm also a fan of the Jabra BT250, similar to the BT200 but given a make over with gray and black molding. In addition this headset has a battery life rating of twice that of the BT200 at 8 hours.
This headset design is very comfortable to wear for extended periods and unlike some models that appear to hang off you ear this headset actually wraps around your ear. Certainly not the best headset out there but a solid choice for anyone wanting a wireless headset. Not to mention at less than $100 from most retail outlets and even less on eBay it doesn't break the bank.
Plantronics BT M3000 used with Nokia N-Gage and Motorola V525:
Pros
-Great RF
-No problems with voice dialing or receiving calls when the phone is in my pocket.
-Battery life is great, but I don't use the headset too much.
Cons
-Wind gusts interfere with the mic. Have to cover the mic hole to prevent the interference.
-It's nice-looking but really heavy on your ear after 20 minutes or so since the earloop doesn't wrap around the whole ear like on the Jabra BT200 and BT250. Instead the loop carries the whole weight and hurts a bit after some time.

SE HBH-200. Works with my P900 and the Nokia 6600, no problems!!
The only problem I have is that I seemed to have overcharged the battery so now it wont hold the charge once removed from the charger. Other than that, great unit!!
i have an HBH-60 i don't really use.
but i do use my HBM-30 all the time.it has no issues with pairing at all with any phone and i like the fact i can listen to mp3's and take calls without losing my place in a song.it has a nice display too so i don't even have to look at my phone to see who is calling.the only problem i do have with it is its battery consumption, but that was easily remedied with some rechargable AAA batteries.
i don't know how i lived without it...

Does it work even as a simple mp3 player too?
How much did it cost u?
I have a Logitech headset and its great, no problems connecting to my 3650, it also has frequency hoping and doesn't get affected by nearby cordles phones
+ is cost only $67 at newegg.com
it's the best head set feature wise and price wise

yeah you can just use it as an mp3 player too.it comes with a 64mb duo card but i have a 128 in mine.without bluetooth on it runs for around 5 hours on a nimh AAA.connected to my phone it runs for over 3 hours.
I have a Motorola HS810 and it works great with my 3620.
Great RF, great volume....pretty comfortable wearing for a while. Battery hasnt died yet and it has been 5 days of use.
Boom mic is nice, when it closed its not connected to my phone....but as soon as you open it, it automatically connects. Only downfall is you might have a hard time answering the call with the headset in the off (boom closed) position. When call comes you need to open boom wait about 5-7 seconds then push the talk button on the headset. I can do it, but sometimes miss calls cause it goes to voice mail before the headset connected to the phone.

found out the reason why
since 3650 and n-gage DO NOT support headset bt profile
then HBH-20 is incompatible
I checked 6820 and 6230 manuals, they support bt headset profile, I think they'll be good
Well, I decided that a bluetooth headset would probably not be for me. I mean I would want to get a good one and end up spending $100+. But then yesterday I was in circuit city and I see they had the ActionTech bluetooth headset marked down to 49.99 with a $20 mail in rebate. So I decided I couldn't turn it down. I picked it up and brought it home. Before I opened it I read some reviews here and most were positive. So I charged the sucker up and used it twice last night. So far I am extremely happy with the performance. Both people I called said the sound quality was great. One thing I have noticed is running mobiluck and using the headset at the same time is not a good idea.
I have tested the jabra BT250 with my nokia 6620 and i wouldn't use it if it were free. Setup was easy and basic button functions work fine, but if i wear my phone on the opposite side of my body from the headset, i get terrible static. Dream on if you actually want to walk away from your phone. The claimed 30 feet is quickly reduced to about 5-10. I'm waiting to try the logitech, i've been told it works great.
