    Rogers Customer Care

    Hey guys.
On the rogers customer care website. When we change our enhanced through the website, when does it take effect? and is there a limit on how many times you get to change it?

    another question.
When using 8390 'Auto update on date and time', gprs has to be active. So does this mean it actually does some downloading? if so, do we have to pay for it?

    Thanks in advance ppl!

In my experience its done instantly when you speak to them over the phone. There website is also real-time, but overnight the link to their billing/account maintenance system goes down and it could also go down otherwise if there are problems with the link.

About the time, if you don't have a GPRS (data) package, does that mean your time won't update? I thought it does anyway?

then do you pay for the update? or do you normally use gprs and not aware of this? I really like to know if it cost to use this because I tend to switch my sim quite often and so on.
If anyone knows the answer plz feel free to respond
    thanks!
