Can toothpaste remove cell phone scratches?

I read somewhere that toothpaste is good for removing scratches, i assume minor ones only.

What is the best way to remove these scratch marks??

Can the 'ipod cleaner' remove scratches on cell phones? has anybody tried that?

It would probably only work for very light scratches...

I used to use toothpaste for my gameboy...

I dont think that toothpaste really works. Yeah might be for some very small scratches and that too i dont think that it will clean completely. Actually seeing u cannot clean the sctatch unless it has happend with some small dust particles. If it has been because of something else then it is very difficult to remove the scratches. if anybody else knows about how to remove the scratches please reply in this post so that others can also use the same and be happy.
