Okay, so I have a T39 and it's crap. It can't get reception where my 5190 gets 4 bars.
But on a whim I popped in my SIM and turned it on and it BRIEFLY had FULL SIGNAL. For like 2 seconds. Then it plummeted to 1 bar for another 30 seconds, and now it is back at no network
Huh?
Is it proof my T39 is in a broken state or that is just has naturally HORRIBLE reception?

Yes, your T39 is fried. It's time to send it back to SE for a replacement. Just call them up @ 1-651-229-5862.Originally posted by JohnnyK

Hmmm, another report of the "No Network" problem. Unfortunately some people still think this a small issue being blown out of proportion by the internet.
Good luck,
