The following Motorola dual desktop charger is out - model 98613H/SPN5204A. It's only $19.99. The rear compartment will charge both the standard battery SNN5695 and extended batteries SNN5615A.

Here's a link to it on Motorola's site.

Will it be just as difficult to put the v710 on this thing as it was for the last charger I accidentally threw in the dumpster?

I love the idea of being able to charge a spare battery. My previous (backup) A310 was never plugged in directly for the entire two years I used it. I had a seperate charge plate and a spare battery so I always had a full charge battery and simply swapped whenever the one on the phone got low.

When I got my V710, I wanted this feature but as this charger was unavailable, I did not purchase the spare battery. As much as I liked having the spare and charger, the design of the V710 has me a bit concerned. The battery door feels fragile to me and daily removal to swap battery may lead to breakage.

Anyone have any thoughts about this?

    Charge in the case?

Does anyone know if you can use this charger without taking the phone out of the Verizon leather case?

I just ordered mine. Took me a good 20 minutes, as their site was very very slow. Got $5.00 for registering my phone or whatever, however you can't combine discounts, so the $2.00 discount mentioned in the above thread won't work in conjunction with the $5.00 one - of course, I opted to use the 5.00 discount instead of the 2.00 Came out to 16.23 with tax and will be here next week.

So they didn't charge you shipping? I was debating whether to use the WEB74 $2 off with free shipping code or the $5 off coupon I got for registering my phone. Considering how much I've spent on accessories, I'm being pretty cheap...lol.

it looks like it might work with cases... Any one with a case order it? If I wait a few days and no one has, I'll order one and post the results with each case (I pretty have all cases now lol)

Standard (economy) shipping is free. Mine says it will be here on the 8th, but I've already recieved an email saying it was in the shipping stage already, so maybe I'll get it earlier.

    Standard Ringtones

    Hey,

    On my site:

    http://www.v710.net

There are two ringtones, the first is a SWAYZAK ringer from v710 promo commercial.

The other is the Official Hello Moto Ringtone.

    I would that one Semi-Professional.

Anyways, is this the type of thing you are looking for?
