i need some help with tcc q285 phone. first, how do i change the banner on the phone and is there a good website where i can get some ringtones.

if the banner u mean is the provider than i am not aware of anyway u can, someone else might know more about that. Anyway as far as the ringtones go i havent been able to find any english sites that will support the q285 for the polyphonic tones, believe me I am always looking. I have found a couple decent sites that have midi's but u need to convert them. Here they are...they arent polyphonic but they are a start :

as far as removing the operator logo, on versions 0530 and later, the option is there. on earlier firmware versions they dont let you
