got the reply from the sales team, and combining their advice with advice from HoFo i did the following:
1) used scotch tape to peel the protector up (to avoid finger prints)
2) washed with soap and warm water
3) used a kitchen towel to absorb (not wipe! as that might smudge/leave more dust on the protector) the water droplets
4) wiped the screen with glass cloth to rid the grease
5) used another strand of tape to get rid of dust/line on screen and the 'adhesive' (also now already dried) side of the protector
6) still stuck to the tape, slowing align protector on screen and apply
7) BAM it's now on perfectly, no bubbles, no lint, no nothing... its 'clearness' really amazes me...
sounds good huh? ... although it did take me 1.5 hours to put all three protectors on lint/dust/bubble free... repeated those steps like millions of times until i could manage to do it perfectly :O

I wonder if I could use an MPx200 protector on my MPx220's screen?
does anyone know if the MPx200 and the MPx220's internal screens are the same size or are they different?
They do bigger versions of this protector for PDA's (I think I had Martin Fields for my Axim about two years ago) so you could always buy them and cut them CAREFULLY into shape.

Great step-by-step process. Just did the same to mine and am much more satisfied with the form and fit on my Razor.
hehe glad to know that i'm finally doing sth to contribute back to the community :O
but it's quite a pain installing it tho wasn't it... i wonder how long it'll be until i need to replace new protectors and repeat this agony again... *shivers*

Yes it is a pain. But obviously the advantages of using these protectors outweigh the problems getting them on right.
Martin Fields could help the process by improving their instructions and using a different backing so that it's easier to get the film backing off the protectors to start with. This would eliminate the fingerprints you get all over the protectors by needing to play with them so long to get the backing off.
My recommendation is to use a larger backing so that it just peels off the protectors. Then Martin Fields needs to tell people to peel the back and get them on the phone ASAP to avoid the lint issue.
All in all if you go through all the work to get them on, you know your Razor is protected.
I assume you won't need to remove the protectors again unless you scratched one and needed to replace it.
Finally after 2 1/2 weeks i got my Martin Field LCD kit in. Let me just say that they are very nice like most people mentioned here!
The only problem is that I have a bubble on the external LCD that can't go away! Its near the bottom where it meets the metal housing. Its also on the camera lens. How do i get rid of these bubbles?
as for the outer lcd screen, i suspect the bubble's there cuz u have realy aligned the protector on perfectly... if it's on the bottom, simply move it up a bit... but if even doing that doesn't work then just trim the protector a bit...
dunno why there would be bubble on the camera tho, it shouldn't as the protector sticks out anyways... so my guess is cuz there's either grease or lint... try cleaning it.

Are you saying to use tape on the adhesive side of the protector? I applied mine for the first time yesterday and am not happy as I have several dust spots........ soooooo I'm looking at a "do-over" tonight.
use the tape on the adhesive side AND the grease-free screen. as the tape is more adhesive than the adhesive side of the protector the tape will take up the dust. u have to be quick tho, wipe screen, get rid of dust on screen with tape, get rid of dust on adhesive side of protector with tape, and then immediately align it... it took me no less than 10 tries to do one perfectly (i think i was in a dusty room )... but ya... be quick... and remember, during this whole process have another tape sticking onto the non-adhesive side of the protector to hold it instead of holding it with ur fingers... g'luck!
