Since I was already scammed once, and don’t want to have it happen again, does anyone know where I can pick up a “real” stereo HDS-3 for my Nokia 6230? And a warning, don’t buy from mrtechus.com they advertised the HDS-3 on their website as being an OEM stereo headset from Nokia, so they're not trustworthy for any purchases in my book.

yeah - go to chippery9 or netfreez (seller on ebay). i got my nokia stereo headsets (yes, WORKING stereo headsets) from them!!!!

MRTech - this eBay seller sells incredibly crappy chinese-made cables (even crappier than normal cheap chinese-made cables) and of course it did not work when I bought one - 3 emails requesting a refund and no response. $10 lost, unless I want to file with PayPal for protection (not really worth my time).
