Hello all,
My Motorola V535 stopped working properly recently so I attempted to reflash to fix the problem (text input froze the phone; it seemed like a software problem so I hoped to fix it). After reading up for a while, I tried flashing with a pack, but screwed it up, obviously didn't read enough. I used RSD Lite to flash an R374 file rather than and R376.
Phone is now dead, will not boot.
I can get it into something I suspect might be boot mode (white screen) only when it is plugged into the power, by pressing * and #. Off doesn't help.

The PC does not detect it, b ecause the minute I remove the power cable to put in the USB one; it dies.

I remember charging my battery before, so I would have thought it's not a battery problem, but I'll try that; once I can find someone with the same phone as me to lend me a battery. Does it sound like I'm on the right track here? Then I can plug it in, reflash it with a R376 file I've got hopefully.

Can anyone help me?

I was trying to get my my phone to stop saying contact service provider and accidently totally bricked it. So I reflashed with a few different flashes, and it would show the boot screen and it wouldn't go any farther. In the proscess of trying to fix the brick factor, I accidently flashed it with an R368 flash instead of an R364 or R365 and now it's stuck in flash mode. I have tried reflashing with various flashes mostly R365 and a few R364s. It says flash successful, but yet when I turn it back on it's still in flash mode with an R368 SW version.

Is there anything i can do to fix this?

Hi, I'm in need of a lot of HELP! I unlocked my black Cingular RaZr V3 yesterday and I have a custom font, custwakeup + custgoodbye, DRM set, etc.

But today I tried to install a DRM set onto my friends pink Cingular RaZr v3, it FAILED and now when the phone starts up, all it does is sit at the Cingular Welcome Screen...?

I see the splash screen and the wakeup screen, but it won't ... boot into the phone, I guess I could say.

I tried pressing "power" + "*" + "#" by itself, connected via USB... it won't go into the boot screen. If I plug the phone in USB before I start it, then turn it on, my PC will say it's connected... but when I try to flash it, it can't boot into flash mode...

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I was trying to unlock my V3 razr with the downgrader_v2 and motorolla unlocker software. But i accidently clicked on p2kman while it was downgrading and I think this is what caused it to fail. Now the keypad only lights up but screen stays black. The phone is still detected when plugged into to computer, the downgrader just exits out now if I try that, but the unlocker says it found the fone and says Done after unlocking. I tried to flash it with a monster pack and Flashbackup as well as RSD lite but I get error messages and it fails..

Is there anything I can do to try to bring this back to life????? plz any info is appreciated

when i try to flash my phone with a monsterpack it says make sure PDS backup valid continue? and when I click continue it freezes. So I made a backup of the PDS and when i try to restore the PDS backup it just freezes when it's "Sending loader please wait"

Is there anything else I can try to fix this? Maybe use the PDS seem editor? because I still seem to have access to that!

This CAN be fixed though. You must take the phone and put it into bootloader mode. It varies on each phone how you do it, but holding * and # and then power is the most common way. If your phone wont even power on, then it may take some time to get it to turn on. Took me 3 days once. I did find that by plugging it into the USB port while attempting bootloader helped later on speed that process up.

Now your phone is on in flash interface. You should plug it in and your phone should be attached as a Neptune Flash Interface (or whatever type of phone yours is).

You will then need to use a moster flash to recover it. A monster flash is a flash that includes both a flash file and a flex. These are fairly common. I have no links but there are some on my fserv in the irc channel in my sig.

Make sure you find an unlocked one. I don't know all of the possible locked/unlocked ones, so that's up to you.

Some people have managed to flash their phone and flex it seperatly using the flash interface and the se....f9.shx flex, but I haven't had any luck with that.

Flash using MultiFlashFlex.exe included with PST, and your good to go.

Unless I missed something, I probably wont help you recover your phone. This DOES work, I've tested it several times with several phones using several flashes to mess them up.

Hi, guy when i try to put my v300 in bootloader mode all i get is a blank screen, i tried the asterisk pound sign power on combo, and i get a blank screen, i also tried it plugged in to the pc, and i get the same thing. what is wrong? what can i do about it. thanks. iam trying to flash it with a monster pack but i cant get the bootloader mode.

hi, guys i kept trying to turn on my v300 and finaly it turned on. my question is should i try to flash it now? please someone answer my pleas. i have the monster pack for the v300 but iam having troubles installing the RSD lite i keep getting this error

VERIFY THAT THE FILE EXISTS AND YOU CAN ACCESS IT
i do have PST can i flash with it?

Used fixing a brick guide can't remember where I got it I know the file is fixthebrick.zip Google it.

Ramloader with all the files recommended from Mr Bucket in the fixthebrick.zip.

Flashbackup(thank god I backed it up before I started modding)

RSD Lite 2.6
Had to erase it all and start from scratch bootloader and all.

If you ever get the damn thing back up back up everything in Ramloader.
Found original backup
had to reconnect the phone after starting Flash Backup to get it to see it.

It is finally back after about 6 hours of busting my chops!
All for a bad DRM flash!!! GGGRRR! good luck.

i downgraded my v188 from r365 to r364 to unlock it useing pst everything went fine then went to up grade it back to r365 instead hit wrong file didnt catch it so it flashed a r368 when i booted it fine just no screen now it boots straight to the boot loadr screen tryed time after time to reflash to origianl r365 with pst and even tryed rsd lite they both say "flash succesful " tryed monster packs downloaded from here but nothing i turn my phone on it goes straight to flash mode with that s/w/ version 368 cant get it to over write it some one please help me

Not sure if this would be considered a possible fix, but..

My SLVR L7 appeared to be dead after I tried saving a SEEM from the handset to my PC. It wouldn't turn on at all, or enter into bootloader mode while pressing the *, #, and then the power button. Freaked out a little bit, then removed the battery and microSD card.. reinserted the battery, and the handset was then able to power on again.

Was able to get iTunes installed previously, but think I'll stop f'ing around with the phone until it's possible to back everything up first =)

Guys,when I tried to flash my E398 with MP , my phones dead. My MMF 1.8 error when in the middle of the process. I tried pressing "power" + "*" + "#" by itself, connected via USB... it won't go into the boot screen.

Hi All

I acquired a Motorola V3i and was sent a Dolce & Gabana rebadge pack..

I used RSD Lite 2.5 to perform the functions..

The debranding kit was R479_G_08.B4.34R_PDS005_LP0039_DDM0101_VSTGER_JPJA VA_G_08_V3i_06_00_03R_SE7721AXXF1055_1FF_MOTOX.shx

Once I manually rebooted I installed the V3i D&G Brand kit being
R479_G_08.B4.34R_PDS005_LP0039_DRM0101_VSTITALIAN2 06_JPJAVA_G_08_V3i_06_00_04R_SE7984AXXXH1055_1FF.s bf

It did not work and left me with a phone that can only go into the flash utility by using the * # power sequence..

The boatloader is SW.0A.30
R47A_G_08_D8_3_5R

no matter what I flash with nothing works, meaning that it powers on.off and nothing else..

Can someone tell me where and what I need to do to get my phone to work.
