I have a SLVR L7 that I flashed with the incorrect firmware and now it won't event go into bootloader mode. Is there anything that can be done or is it toast?

you need to test point then use P2keasy tool 3.9 to repair PDS then flash it with the right MP to fix it

not to be a d*ck, but this method does not need a test point

This guide will show you how to unlock your V360 or L7, or get rid of sticky firmwares (such as AER or E0R) from your V360 or L7. The method is a pure software method, no testpoint is required. What you need to do is simply flash a few files using RSD Lite or P2k Easy tool. Set your V360/L7 free!

however it does need to be loaded into bootloader mode, which my phone will not go into.

Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks!

So it still need to be test point to get to flash chip is it not??

No it doesn't. It is a pure software solution to get to S Blank Neptune. You should read through the article, it's very interesting. However, your phone does need to be able to boot into bootloader mode for this method to work.

I know . this method is out for year now nothing new but to fix your fone , your case you need to test point because your foen is totally dead is can not be turn on in boot loader mode is it not?? so test point is what you need to do.

I tried to send an mp3 to the ring tone on my v9m using p2k commander and it froze up in the middle of the process, when i tried to turn on my phone the verizon text appear but a sec. later i just have a plain blue screen.

if the phone is dead and won't go to bootloader mode you can do a "force bootloader mode" trick; remove the battery, press and hold # + * and then insert the battery. if done correctly the phone should be in bootloader mode without you having to press the power button.(bootloader mode my not show on the phone so connect the phone to your computer before so you can hear when it's detected)
