According to a conversation I once had with xlr8, that splash image is hard coded into the phone's EEPROM and can't be modified/recalled.Originally posted by lneiln

I too love Moto-tool, but in this instance, it may not work since OP's EEPROM has been overwritten with the new flash.Originally posted by Milek_Drebin

I agree with NT it must be in the flash, Unless it is "hidden" in some how would it have a hidden attrib. Can anyone "open" a flash and modify it? Maybe with a Hex editor or a c++ editor?
