I'm pretty sure the above are located all over the places in various threads so, how about consolidating them? Most of the suppliers are expecting to get them in this week, so help out and put this thread together.
By the way, don't bother posting ebay or other auctions.
I'll start:
Mister Super (Belgium)
http://www.mistersuper.com/choose_a_...BP&token_aff=s
Stock expected this week, no idea of what colors they will get. Shipping is done via UPS 24hour Express throughout Europe. Very quick email response. Europe only.
Website Quote: 676 EUR (419.12 GBP ship : + 14.26 GBP)

Mphone (UK)
http://212.53.91.31/acatalog/Store_Entrance_T68_86.html
Stock expected around Oct 22nd according to their email news letter. Quick email response. Will ship to North America. No color indications. No shipping costs indicated.
Website Quote: £336.00 exc VAT (£394.80*inc VAT)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mobileland (UK)
http://www.mobiland.co.uk/cart_call/...ri&action3=all
(Scroll down the page, the additional details opens using javascript windows)
No indication of when stock is due. On their order page, you can specify the color -- but it looks like a generic option so it might not indicate anything in particular.
Website Quote: £519.00 incl. VAT (VAT on this item is at 17.5%)

Expansys (UK)

No indication when stock is expected nor is color selectable. They do show both the grey and copper models on their page. Haven't heard anything good either on forums or newsgroups about this place though. By far the most expensive I've see so far. No shipping details.

(Gold) http://www.itcenter.nu/sv/produkt.asp?id=10110100
Stock expected around the 24th of October. Both colors available as indicated. Site is completely in Swedish, unlikely that they will ship outside of Europe/Scandinavia.
Website Quote: 5,474.00 kr (579 Euros, $521 USD)
I just exchanged emails with mPhone and revisited their website. They have adjusted their date of delivery to Wednseday the 24th.
Has anyone seen other e-Tailers follow suit?
Also, does anyone know how these places are going to deal with pre-pays. Just because one has placed an order doesn't mean they will be shipped items from the first quantity received.
Mphone will ship the T68 to Canada next day for $823 Cdn once they have it.
Expansys will ship T68 to Canada once they have it for $831 Cdn 2-3 day shipping.

Are these all production units to be shipped, or will some be Trial Units?
Does anyone know which store is better?
expansys or mphone? They are selling the t68 for about the same price and i was wondering whom to buy it frm
Thanks
I can't comment on Mphone, but I have ordered from Expansys a couple of times before and the service seemed pretty good. They do keep you informed of what's happening with your order via email, including an email letting you know that your order has been dispatched. I am in UK though, so I don't know what their service for shipping abroad is like.Originally posted by varunreddy

Regardless of which and who you order from. Just prepare to have your package potentially opened by Canadian or American customs due to the increased security precautions throughout North America.
Not to mention customs charges and taxes.
I don't know about you, but I'd wait until one or two revisions have come out so that some of the major bugs are ironed out. Same goes for your IPAQ that you just ordered...Originally posted by AdmiralAK

Being the first kid on the block does have its bragging rights, but the last laugh goes to those who patiently wait for a stable product while the first kid whines/complains/rant on about his waste of $, buggy product, etc.
Of course, you might just be lucky and have a 100% flawless product <scoff> ("They don't make things the way they used to")
I decided to wait for the T68,
The iPaq I wont wait, the pocket PC OS can be updated with ease here so I have no probs or inhibitions. Besides for defective products compaq is here and I can deal with them. Ericsson USA on the other hand....they dont even support the T68 yet.
