web sessions on v180

I have a moto v180 that used to be locked to t-mobile
(unlocked now). Everything is fine but some menu features. My menu has no "web sessions" option . As far as I know, this is because t-mobile locks this options. My question is how can I enable this feature using any of the common programs such as p2k etc. I've already visit http://coma.fsb.hr/motorola/files/xl...s/hofo/map.txt website but need to know more info about it and if ther's another way to do it (if possible).

You don't need to flex the phone, only perform some seem editing.
